Q: Are there any foreign accreditation of the Faculty of Architecture, UACEG?

A: The Diploma courses of the Faculty of Architecture have been notified by the European
Commission in compliance with the Directive 2005/36/EC of the European Parliament and
of the Council on recognition of professional qualifications (Annex V).

The Diploma courses of the Faculty have been validated by the Educational Committee of
Royal Institute of British Architects (RIBA) for Part One and Part Two of the Master of
Architecture.
The Faculty of Architecture is a member of the Association of European Schools of
Planning (AESOP), European Association of Architectural Education (EAAE), Association
for Tourism and Leasure Education (ATLAS), International Council on Monuments and Sites
(ICOMOS), European Council of Landscape Architecture Schools (ECLAS).

Q: What is the study environment like?

A: The students have access to a special hall in UACEG, Sofia, in close proximity to the city center and 24-hour online access to a library and study materials, 3D printer, etc.
